This is a SkyMaster booklet stamp issued Nov. It was one of the last two booklets to be issued at a price of 1¢ above the face value. The cancellation is hard to capture in the pics but clearly reads : RICHLAND WASH. The letter & envelope are special stationary the woman had received as a gift. I blotted out some info on the pics, not on the actual item, of course.
